Policies & Forms

General Policies

  • At Aether Path Employment Services, we strive to keep our pricing transparent, fair, and up to date. The following policy outlines how pricing is managed across our services:

    1. Core & Add-On Services

All service pricing, including core resume services and add-on services, is subject to change at any time. Adjustments may be made to reflect service updates, market changes, or business needs.

    2. Website as the Official Source

The prices posted on our official website will always be considered the most accurate and up-to-date rates. Website pricing will be updated first whenever changes occur, and all other listings (flyers, posts, external sites, etc.) will follow.

    3. Promotions & Special Offers

If service prices change during the timeframe of an active promotion, the prices and discounts listed in the promotion will take priority and will be honored until the promotion ends. Once the promotion has expired, all pricing reverts to the current website-listed rates.

    4. Conflicts Between Listings

In the event of any conflict between prices shown on the website, promotional materials, or other sources, the following order of precedence will apply:

    1. Active promotional pricing (valid within the promotional dates and terms).

    2. Website-listed pricing (outside of promotions).

    3. All other listings (social media posts, flyers, external directories).

    5. Non-Stacking Rule

Discounts, promotions, and referral incentives cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. The maximum applicable discount or price adjustment will always apply.

This policy ensures that all clients receive consistent, transparent pricing while allowing us to offer special promotions and adapt to changing needs.

  • Aether Path Employment Services primarily provides in-person services within Pima County and surrounding Southern Arizona counties. For clients located outside of this region, services will generally be provided remotely (phone, email, video conference, or digital collaboration), with the exception of occasional meet-and-greets or attendance at major events.

Remote services may have inherent limitations compared to in-person offerings. However, our team will make every effort to provide services that are near-equivalent in quality, effectiveness, and client support to our in-person counterparts.

Unless otherwise specified, all discounts, promotions, and service guarantees apply equally to remote and in-person clients.

  • To deliver high-quality services for clients outside of the Southern Arizona region, additional details may be required beyond what is typically requested from local clients. This is necessary to account for differences in geography, labor markets, and local job opportunities where natural assumptions cannot be made.

Examples of information that may be requested from remote clients include:

    • City or region of residence

    • Acceptable job search radius or commuting distance

    • Detailed professional history, projects, or transferable experiences

    • Specific preferences regarding industries, employers, or work environments

Clients should expect that extra inquiries and clarifications may be part of the process in order to provide accurate, personalized, and effective services.

  • At Aether Path Employment Services, we respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to handling all personal and professional information with care. Because our services involve resume development, career advising, and employment-related support, certain client data may need to be shared in limited circumstances. This policy outlines when and how information may be shared, as well as the limitations of our responsibility.

    1. Permitted Data Sharing

Client information may be shared only when directly related to employment services, such as:

    • Submitting job applications on behalf of or in collaboration with a client.

    • Providing referrals to community resources, workforce programs, or partner agencies.

    • Coordinating with vocational rehabilitation, reentry services, or other employment-related programs when authorized by the client.

    • Sharing resumes, cover letters, or related documents with employers, recruiters, or agencies specifically for employment or training purposes.

All data sharing is conducted solely for the purpose of advancing a client’s employment goals.

    2. Prohibited Data Sharing

Aether Path Employment Services will never sell, lease, or otherwise transfer client information to:

    • Data brokers

    • Data miners

    • Marketing companies

    • Third-party advertisers

    • Any industry or entity unrelated to employment or career services

We do not participate in, nor profit from, the sale or transfer of client data for commercial purposes.

    3. Client Responsibility & Consent

    • In all cases, Aether Path Employment Services will seek client consent before sharing personal data with employers, programs, or agencies outside the scope of our direct services.

    • Clients are encouraged to provide only accurate and necessary information for employment-related purposes.

    • Sensitive information (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical details, or criminal record information) will only be shared when explicitly authorized by the client and strictly for employment-related needs.

    4. Limitations of Liability

While we take care to safeguard client data, Aether Path Employment Services is not responsible for the actions of external organizations or agencies once information has been shared with them at the client’s request or with their consent. Examples include but are not limited to:

    • Employers who store or distribute applicant data according to their own policies.

    • Agencies or community partners who maintain independent records.

    • Companies that may purchase general market or sales data unrelated to our services.

Once data leaves our direct control, its handling is subject to the policies and practices of the receiving entity.

    5. Policy Summary

    • We share data only for employment-related purposes.

    • We never sell client information to data brokers, miners, or unrelated industries.

    • Clients control what information is shared and with whom.

    • We are not responsible for information once it is disseminated by outside parties beyond our control.

  • By engaging or contracting services with Aether Path Employment Services, all clients are presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to the policies posted herein, including this Data Sharing Policy and any other applicable service or pricing policies. Continued use of our services constitutes implicit agreement to these terms.

  • Standalone Services (e.g., Resume Development, One-on-One Counseling)

    • Full Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet been executed.

    • Partial Refunds: Refund requests made after 24 hours but before service execution will be subject to a 10% processing fee, deducted from the original charge.

    • No Refunds After Execution: Once a service has been delivered or substantially executed, refunds cannot be issued.

Subscription Services (e.g., Ongoing Advising, Online Presence Support)

    • Non-Refundable Services: Subscription services are non-refundable once executed within a billing cycle.

    • Cancellations: Clients may request to cancel their subscription at any time.

    • Billing Cycle Rule: Cancellation requests submitted before the next billing date will prevent future charges. Requests made after billing has processed will apply to the following cycle.

    Policy Summary

    • Standalone services: full refund within 24 hours if unused; after 24 hours, refund minus 10% until service execution.

    • Subscription services: non-refundable after execution, but easy cancellation to stop future billing.

    • All refunds are processed via the client’s original payment method, and timelines depend on bank or card issuer processing.

  • At Aether Path Employment Services, we value client privacy and data security. To ensure both accountability and confidentiality, all client records are managed according to the following retention and destruction guidelines.

    1. Categories of Records

    • Deliverables – Finalized documents or materials created and delivered to the client as part of a purchased service (e.g., resumes, cover letters, advising reports, or career plans).

    • Receivables (Client Submissions) – Any documentation, files, or information provided by the client in support of a service request (e.g., transcripts, resumes, verification forms, medical or financial documentation).

    2. Deliverables Retention

    • Client deliverables will be retained for a period of 7–10 years following the conclusion of services.

    • Retention ensures clients may request duplicates, updates, or references for future services.

    3. Receivables Retention & Destruction

Receivables are handled according to their sensitivity level:

    a. Sensitive Data (e.g., medical documentation, financial records, or other highly confidential information)

    • Destroyed upon conclusion of service, with a 48-hour grace window in case of client follow-up.

    • Ensures sensitive information is not stored beyond the necessary service period.

    b. Standard Non-Sensitive Records (e.g., university transcripts, prior resumes, essays, reports, project files)

    • Retained for a maximum of 2 years following the conclusion of services.

    • After two years, such records will be securely destroyed.

    c. Verification Forms (e.g., provider forms, referral confirmations, agency verifications)

    • Retained for 5 years following the conclusion of services, regardless of form expiration.

    • Maintained to preserve proof of service eligibility and compliance with discount or referral policies.

    4. Methods of Destruction

    • Digital files will be permanently deleted from storage systems.

    • Physical files (if any) will be shredded or otherwise rendered unreadable.

    • Once destroyed, records cannot be recovered.

    5. Policy Summary

    • Deliverables: retained 7–10 years.

    • Sensitive receivables: destroyed within 48 hours of service conclusion.

    • Non-sensitive receivables: retained up to 2 years.

    • Verification forms: retained for 5 years.

This policy provides transparency, security, and peace of mind, ensuring client information is only kept for as long as it serves their needs and our service obligations.

Availble Discounts

  • From time to time, Aether Path Employment Services may offer promotional discounts on select services. All promotional discounts are strictly limited to the time frame, terms, and conditions specified in the promotion itself. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, programs, or standing discounts. Once a promotion has expired, it will no longer be honored under any circumstance.

  • At Aether Path Employment Services, we deeply value the trust that comes from word-of-mouth and partner referrals. To show our appreciation, we offer a 10% discount to the final service price for any new client referred by a prior client or a recognized partner agency.

    • Referral from a Prior Client:

    • The new client must provide the prior client’s name and the contact information used when they originally received services as verification, or an official Aether Path referral car

    • Referral from a Partner Agency:

    • Acceptable proof includes a business card from agency staff, a referral letter, an email from the agency, or an official Aether Path referral card distributed to that agency.

    • Note: “Partner agency” refers specifically to organizations or staff with whom Aether Path has established a collaborative or cooperative relationship.

This discount cannot be combined with other “promotional” discounts and applies only to the final service price.
